China International Marine Containers (Group) Co., Ltd. (CIMC) disclosed that it repurchased 500,000 H shares on 22 September 2026, according to its Next Day Disclosure Return filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 22 September 2026.

The shares were acquired on-market at prices ranging from HKD 7.63 to HKD 7.705 per share, representing a volume-weighted average repurchase price of HKD 7.6841. The transaction cost CIMC approximately HKD 3.84 million.

Following the buyback, CIMC’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) decreased to 3.01 billion shares, down 0.0166%, while treasury shares rose to 82.11 million. Total issued shares remained unchanged at 3.09 billion.

The repurchase was executed under the mandate approved on 16 June 2026, which authorizes the company to repurchase up to 300.99 million shares. Including the latest transaction, CIMC has repurchased 2.13 million shares to date, equivalent to 0.07% of the company’s issued shares at the time the mandate was granted. A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury share disposals is in place until 22 October 2026, in line with Hong Kong listing rules.
