Chuanglian Holdings Limited expects to report a consolidated net loss of between RMB28.00 million and RMB32.00 million for the fiscal year ended 30 June 2026, according to a profit alert released on 28 September 2026. The projected shortfall represents a marked improvement from the RMB69.01 million loss recorded in FY-2025.
Management attributes the smaller loss to two principal factors:
1. Administrative expenses fell by roughly RMB15.80 million during the period. 2. “Other net gains” swung to a positive RMB13.00 million, compared with an “other net loss” of about RMB18.73 million a year earlier, delivering a turnaround of approximately RMB31.73 million.
The figures stem from the company’s draft unaudited accounts and remain subject to review by both the audit committee and external auditors. Final results are scheduled for release by the end of September 2026.
Investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s shares until the audited results are published. The board currently comprises three executive directors and three independent non-executive directors, with Gao Yongzhi serving as Chief Executive Officer.
