On 24 September 2026, Minsheng Education Group Company Limited (MINSHENG EDU) announced that its Interim Report 2026 is now available in both English and Chinese on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk) and the company’s own site (www.minshengedu.com). Registered shareholders who experience difficulty accessing the online documents can request a printed copy free of charge by emailing minshengeducation.ecom@computershare.com.hk or writing to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

Pursuant to Rule 2.07 of the HKEX Listing Rules and the paperless listing regime effective since 31 December 2023, MINSHENG EDU has formally adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications. Shareholders are urged to provide a valid email address—either by scanning the personalized QR code on the accompanying reply form or by returning the form in hard copy—to receive electronic notifications promptly.

Absent a functional email address, shareholders must independently monitor the company and HKEX websites for new publications, although printed versions of “Actionable Corporate Communications” will still be mailed. Shareholders preferring hard-copy materials for all communications may opt in for printed documents; such instructions remain valid for one year from receipt.
