According to a report, in the first half of 2026, Harbin Bank (06138), positioning itself as a local bank rooted in Heilongjiang, leveraged regional resource endowments and the agricultural industry base to consistently fulfill its social responsibility as a financial enterprise.

During the reporting period, the group disbursed over 13 billion yuan in loans for spring plowing preparation under the new cycle. Its online agricultural loan product, "Nongshan Loan," has achieved full coverage across county-level and reclamation area institutions throughout the province, with cumulative online credit disbursement exceeding 10 billion yuan. The upgraded "Rainbow Loan," a specialized agricultural service product, has seen financing for its niche client base surpass 2 billion yuan.

Data shows that as of June 30, 2026, the group's outstanding farmer loan balance stood at 17.076 billion yuan. Its business service scope now covers the vast majority of rural markets across 11 prefecture-level cities and 6 major agricultural reclamation bureaus in Heilongjiang Province, as well as parts of rural areas in Chengdu, Chongqing, Shenyang, Tianjin, and Dalian.

The enhancement and expansion of rural services not only fulfill social responsibility but also broaden business growth drivers, injecting new momentum into sustained performance growth.
