Timeless Resources Holdings Limited has issued a formal notice confirming that the latest annual report is now available in both English and Chinese on the HKEXnews platform and the company’s website (www.timeless.com.hk).

The board under Chairman Felipe Tan also announced the full adoption of electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications, in line with Rule 16.04A of the GEM Listing Rules that took effect on 31 December 2023. Documents covered include directors’ reports, audited financial statements, interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms.
