On September 16, 2026, Pacific Alliance Group Limited acquired a security interest in 97.50 million shares of CIFI HOLD GP (00884) by way of taking a security interest in shares, involving about USD 170.62 million at an average of USD 1.75 per share. This transaction was not a direct secondary-market dealing.
Prior to the acquisition, Pacific Alliance Group Limited's long position in CIFI HOLD GP was 1.27 billion shares, representing 6.54%; following the acquisition, the holding changed to 1.37 billion shares, with the long position ratio rising to 7.04%.
