Chery Automobile Co., Ltd. (Chery Auto) reported the on-market repurchase of 215,800 H shares on 29 September 2026, according to its Next Day Disclosure Return filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The shares were bought back on the Exchange at prices ranging from HK$23.12 to HK$23.20, resulting in a volume-weighted average cost of HK$23.18 per share. The total consideration amounted to HK$5.00 million.
