SANHUA: Schroders PLC Acquires Shares, Long Position Rises to 16.39%

Schroders PLC bought 2.40 million shares of SANHUA (H shares) on the SEHK open market at an average of HKD 23.4963 per share on September 16, 2026, involving about HKD 56.31 million, noting it is an on-exchange active trade, i.e. a direct dealing in the secondary market.
Prior to the acquisition, Schroders PLC's long position in SANHUA was 75.69 million shares, representing 15.88%; following the acquisition, the holding changed to 78.08 million shares, with the long position ratio rising to 16.39%.
