The mandate permits buybacks of up to 239.82 million shares, meaning approximately 1.78% of the authorised limit has been utilised.

Capital structure: As at 17 September 2026, CR Beverage’s issued share capital remains unchanged at 2.40 billion shares because the repurchased shares have not yet been cancelled. No treasury shares are held.
