H-share repurchase • Zhaowei bought back 67,800 H-shares on-market at prices ranging from HKD 38.28 to HKD 39.50, paying a total of HKD 2.64 million (volume-weighted average price: HKD 38.99). • The transaction reduced the number of issued H-shares (excluding treasury shares) by 0.26% to 25.93 million and lifted H-share treasury stock to 822,400 shares. • Since the annual mandate was approved on 22 May 2026, the company has repurchased 822,400 H-shares, equal to 3.07% of the H-share count outstanding on the mandate date. • All repurchased shares are being retained as treasury stock; none have yet been cancelled. A-share option exercise • Separately, 1,560 A-shares were issued upon exercise of employee share options granted under the 2024 Share Option Scheme at an exercise price of RMB 42.04 per share. • The A-share issue expanded the Shanghai-listed share count by 0.0006% to 241.18 million shares. No treasury A-shares are outstanding.
Post-transaction, Zhaowei’s total issued share capital stands at 267.93 million shares, comprising 25.93 million H-shares (excluding treasury shares) and 241.18 million A-shares, alongside 0.82 million H-shares held in treasury.
