SIIC Environment Holdings Ltd. (BHK) announced the appointment of Mr. Yang Bin as deputy general manager, effective Sep, 24 2026.

Mr. Yang, aged 54, will be responsible for the Group’s industrial water business, major projects and related matters.

He brings extensive experience in finance and corporate management, having held roles such as supervising accountant, finance manager, chief accountant, investment manager and financial director. Mr. Yang joined SIIC Environment Holdings (Wuhan) Co., Ltd. in Jan, 2008 and has served as deputy general manager, general manager and director. He was also chairman of Ranhill Water (Hong Kong) Limited from Mar, 2024 to Apr, 2026.

Mr. Yang holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Zhejiang Sci-Tech University (graduated Jul, 1993) and is a Chinese Certified Public Accountant (non-practising).
