Techtronic Industries Company Limited (Techtronic) disclosed on 22 September 2026 that it repurchased 88,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HK$127.40 to HK$130.00 per share. The transaction, completed on 22 September, cost HK$11.29 million and all shares are earmarked for cancellation.

Including this latest purchase, Techtronic’s September series of buybacks now totals 784,000 shares—comprised of one tranche of 80,000 shares (10 September) and eight tranches of 88,000 shares each executed between 11 and 22 September. These shares, not yet cancelled as of 22 September, represent approximately 0.04 % of the company’s 1.83 billion issued shares.

Cumulatively, Techtronic has repurchased 4.18 million shares under the shareholder mandate approved on 8 May 2026, utilising 0.23 % of the company’s outstanding share capital at the time of authorisation. The mandate permits buybacks of up to 182.98 million shares.

Techtronic’s issued share count remained unchanged at 1,827.10 million ordinary shares as of 22 September 2026; no treasury shares were held. Upon cancellation of the 784,000 repurchased shares, the total issued shares will decrease accordingly.

In line with Hong Kong listing rules, Techtronic is subject to a 30-day moratorium—ending 22 October 2026—during which it cannot issue, sell or transfer shares without prior Exchange approval following the latest repurchase. All repurchases have been authorised by the board and executed in compliance with applicable regulations.
