GIGADEVICE Sees HK$630 Million Position Shift Representing 3.69% of Shares, With 299,600 Units Moved Out of BNP Paribas

Hong Kong Exchange filings show that on September 22, a significant position change occurred for GIGADEVICE (03986), with a total transfer market value of HK$630 million, accounting for 3.69% of the company's shares.

A company shareholder transferred 849,500 shares into HSBC Hong Kong accounts, while 299,600 shares were moved out of BNP Paribas.

For the first half of 2026, the company reported operating revenue of RMB 11.566 billion, a year-on-year increase of 178.67%. During the reporting period, net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company reached RMB 6.857 billion, surging 1,091.50% year-on-year. Net profit attributable to shareholders excluding non-recurring gains and losses stood at RMB 4.883 billion, up 796.90% compared to the same period last year.
