• Transaction details: The company bought back 189,500 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HKD 2.745 to HKD 2.955 per share, for a volume-weighted average repurchase price of HKD 2.81 and an aggregate consideration of approximately HKD 0.53 million.
