Hong Kong Stock Exchange filings show that on September 22, CHI SILVER GP (00815) experienced a position shift, with the total market value of transferred shares reaching HK$6,215.64, accounting for a 6.65% stake. The company's shareholder transferred 256 million shares to China Securities (Hong Kong) while moving the same 256 million shares out of UBS Securities Hong Kong.
According to financial reports, for the first half of 2026, the company recorded revenue of approximately RMB 509 million, marking a year-on-year decline of about 75.7%. The net loss attributable to company owners stood at approximately RMB 24.1 million, reflecting a swing from profit to loss compared to the same period last year.
