C-MER Medical Holdings Limited released its 2026 Interim Report on 23 September 2026. The English and Chinese versions are now available on both the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKEXnews website (www.hkexnews.hk) and the Group’s own site (www.cmermedical.com).

In line with the HKEX paperless listing regime effective 31 December 2023 (Listing Rule 2.07A), C-MER Medical has formally adopted electronic distribution for all future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms. Printed copies will be dispatched only upon specific shareholder request.

Non-registered shareholders are urged to provide a valid email address to their banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited (“Intermediaries”) to ensure timely receipt of actionable corporate communications. Until a functional email is on file, these investors must proactively monitor the Company’s and HKEXnews websites for routine documents; they will continue to receive printed copies of actionable materials together with a request form to capture their email details.
