Just months after promising to make its snacks more affordable, PepsiCo has once again raised prices on some of its chips, sodas, and dips.

According to people familiar with the matter, the company is expected to increase prices for supermarket chip packaging, including Doritos and Ruffles, which had seen price cuts earlier this year. The people requested anonymity because they were not authorized to speak publicly.

They said the price hikes will also affect other brands, including SunChips, and are expected to take effect by the end of this year or early 2027.

A PepsiCo spokesperson said that due to inflation, prices for some chips will increase by low-to-mid single-digit percentages.

The spokesperson added that the new prices will still be lower than they were before the price cuts earlier this year. The company is still working to keep prices as low as possible and remains committed to improving the affordability of its products.
