Homeland Interactive Technology Ltd. (Homeland Interactive) disclosed a share buy-back executed on 29 September 2026 under its existing repurchase mandate.

Key transaction details • Volume repurchased: 102,000 ordinary shares, equivalent to 0.0081 % of the company’s outstanding shares (excluding treasury stock) prior to the transaction. • Purchase price range: HKD 1.35 – HKD 1.38 per share, implying a volume-weighted outlay of HKD 137,760. • Post-transaction share counts (29 September 2026): – Issued shares (excluding treasury): 1.26 billion – Treasury shares: 22.23 million – Total issued shares (including treasury): 1.28 billion

Mandate capacity and utilisation • The repurchase was made under a shareholder mandate granted on 12 June 2026 authorising buy-backs of up to 127.45 million shares. • Cumulative repurchases since the mandate now stand at 13.34 million shares, representing 1.05 % of the issued share capital on the mandate date. • Following the latest transaction, 114.11 million shares (approximately 89.50 % of the mandate) remain available for future repurchase.

Additional observations • All 102,000 shares acquired will be retained as treasury shares; no cancellations have yet been effected. • In line with Hong Kong Listing Rules, Homeland Interactive is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing or selling any shares, or transferring treasury shares, until 29 October 2026.

The company confirmed that the transaction complied with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s Main Board Rules and that no material changes have occurred to the previously filed explanatory statement dated 22 May 2026.
