Meitu: JPMorgan Chase & Co. Disposes of Shares, Long Position Falls to 4.91%

On September 22, 2026, JPMorgan Chase & Co. disposed of 6.47 million shares of Meitu (01357) off-exchange at an average of HKD 4.11 per share, involving approximately HKD 26.60 million. The transaction was an off-exchange trade (consideration: cash), not matched on the SEHK open market and thus not a direct secondary-market dealing. Following the disposal, JPMorgan Chase & Co. made a full disposal of its notifiable interest in the shares, reducing its holding below 5%.

Prior to the disposal, JPMorgan Chase & Co.’s long position in Meitu was 231.98 million shares, representing 5.05% of the total issued shares. After the disposal, the holding changed to 225.51 million shares, with the long position ratio falling to 4.91%.
