XJ International Shareholders Endorse Equity Transfer Agreement with 99.99% Support at 2026 EGM

XJ International Holdings Co., Ltd. reported that its extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on 18 September 2026 in Chengdu approved the company’s proposed Equity Transfer Agreement and related authorisations. The ordinary resolution passed with 4.14 billion votes in favour (99.99%) versus 0.51 million votes against (0.01%).

Total shareholder turnout reached 4.14 billion shares, representing approximately 47.72% of the company’s 8.67 billion issued shares eligible to vote. No shareholders were required to abstain, and none indicated an intention to vote against or abstain prior to the meeting.

Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited acted as the independent scrutineer. Board representation at the meeting comprised Chairman and Executive Director Zhang Bing; nine other directors were absent due to business commitments.

With the resolution now duly passed, the board has been granted broad authority to execute and, if necessary, vary documentation required to implement the Equity Transfer Agreement and its associated transactions.
