Food Empire Holdings (F03) told the Singapore Exchange on Sep, 21 2026 that its operations in Russia remain “in the ordinary course of business” despite recent reports of measures imposed by Russian authorities on companies from nations perceived to support Ukraine.
In a response to an SGX query, the Singapore-headquartered coffee and food-and-beverage group said the developments “have not had any impact” on its activities in Russia, where it has operated for more than 30 years and manufactured locally since 2006.
The company added that it continues to invest in marketing initiatives and brand-building in the Russian market and will monitor the situation, providing further updates in line with SGX requirements.
