Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited announced that it bought back 90,000 ordinary shares on Sep, 28 2026 at an average price of US$56.2422 per share.
The repurchased shares will be cancelled, leaving the company with 292,850,076 ordinary shares in issue, each carrying one vote. Jardine Matheson holds no treasury shares.
Shareholders may use the updated total of 292,850,076 voting rights when assessing notification requirements under the UK Financial Conduct Authority’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
