ALPHA PRO HLDGS (00948) has announced that on 23 September 2026, its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Sam Tai Logistics Limited, acting as the tenant, signed lease agreements with the landlord, Shanbai Property Investment Limited, to rent a portion of a designated property for a two-year term.

The property in question is a multi-storey industrial building known as Joint Freight Centre, situated at 150-164 Texaco Road, Tsuen Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong. Under the first lease agreement, the rented space covers entire floors from the 7th to the 12th and the 20th floor, along with three parking spots for lorries and three spaces for private cars. The second lease agreement involves units 11 to 17 on the 13th floor of the same building.

The group's core operations include, among other activities, the provision of warehousing and logistics services, and it has been using a part of this property to run that segment of its business. The board believes that renewing the lease for this portion of the property is advantageous, as it helps avoid relocation expenses and prevents unnecessary interruptions to its warehousing and logistics service operations.

Furthermore, the rent payable under these agreements was determined by the landlord and the tenant, taking into account the prevailing market conditions, rental levels for comparable properties in the vicinity, and the amounts paid in previous transactions.
