Hong Kong—29 September 2026—CAOCAO INC. disclosed a market purchase of 170,000 ordinary shares on 29 September 2026, executed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The shares were repurchased at prices between HKD 11.59 and HKD 11.83, translating to a volume-weighted average cost of approximately HKD 11.74 per share and an aggregate cash outlay of HKD 2.00 million.

• Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) decreased to 579.20 million from 579.37 million, a reduction of 0.03%. • Treasury shares rose to 7.23 million from 7.06 million. • Total issued shares remained unchanged at 586.43 million.

Mandate utilisation and limits:

• The repurchase formed part of the mandate approved on 08 June 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 58.30 million shares. • Including the latest transaction, CAOCAO INC. has repurchased 6.56 million shares under this mandate, equivalent to 1.13% of issued shares outstanding at the mandate date.

Pursuant to Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares, effective until 29 October 2026.

The board confirmed that the repurchase complied with all applicable listing rules and regulatory requirements.
