On the news front, Breton announced that the company recently entered into a cooperation letter of intent with INHOYI INVESTMENTS (PRIVATE) LIMITED (Inhoyi). Under the agreement, the company and Inhoyi (collectively referred to as the contracting parties, each a contracting party) intend to establish a long-term cooperative relationship in the fields of electric mining truck sales agency and mining equipment investment and operation, with the letter of intent set to expire on September 26, 2036.
The company intends to carry out the design, procurement, construction, and operation of solar-storage equipment (30MWp photovoltaic + 60MWh energy storage) as well as the selection and procurement of mining equipment at an appropriate time. After the equipment is built or procured, the company or its affiliates will sell the target equipment to Inhoyi at an appropriate time and provide long-term operation and maintenance services.
The contracting parties intend that after the investment in the target equipment is completed and the mining area project generates sales revenue, Inhoyi will share the profits it enjoys from the mining area project with the company.
