Henan Jinyuan Hydrogenated Chemicals Co., Ltd. (Jinyuan HChem) announced that its 2026 Interim Report has been published in both English and Chinese on the HKEXnews website and the company’s homepage (www.jyqhhg.com).

The company confirmed adoption of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong’s expanded paperless listing regime under Listing Rule 2.07A. Going forward, all statutory documents—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—will be provided electronically on the two websites in place of printed copies.

Key operational details for investors:

• Non-registered shareholders must supply a functional email address to their respective banks, brokers, custodians or other intermediaries to receive electronic notifications when new corporate communications are posted. • If an email address is not on record, shareholders will not receive publication alerts and will need to check the company and HKEXnews sites proactively. • Printed copies remain available free of charge upon request. Shareholders can email jinyuanhchem.ecom@computershare.com.hk or write to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. • Requests for printed materials are valid for one year from the date of receipt.

Enquiries on these arrangements can be directed to the H-share registrar at +852 2862 8688 during Hong Kong business hours.
