Following the recommendation of the audit committee, the board of directors has resolved to appoint Dahua Ma Shiyun CPA Limited as the new auditor. The appointment is effective from May 4, 2026, to fill the casual vacancy created by Zhonghui's resignation and will last until the conclusion of the company's forthcoming annual general meeting.
