China CBM Announces Online Release of Interim Report 2026 and Outlines Shareholder Communication Options

On 17 September 2026, China CBM Group Company Limited published its Interim Report 2026. The full English and Chinese versions are now accessible on the company’s website (https://hkirplatform.com/8270/en/index.php) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders are strongly encouraged to consult the online version but may request printed copies at no cost. To obtain hard-copy materials, shareholders should complete the enclosed reply form and return it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or email 8270-ecom@vistra.com.

The notice reiterates that shareholders bear responsibility for providing a functional email address. Without a valid address on record, shareholders will receive notification of publication and any actionable corporate communications only in printed form until an email address is supplied.

The Interim Report 2026 constitutes the company’s current corporate communication under Hong Kong listing rules and includes all information required for the period. China CBM’s board is chaired by Wang Zhong Sheng.
