China Parenting Network Holdings Limited (“Parenting Net”; stock code: 01736) has announced the publication of its 2026 Interim Report.

The English and Chinese versions of the report are now accessible on the company’s website (www.ci123.com) and on Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited’s HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk). The board strongly recommends stakeholders to review the report online to expedite access and support paperless communication.

For non-registered shareholders who cannot view the report electronically or prefer hard copies, Parenting Net provides printed versions free of charge upon request. Investors should complete the accompanying Request Form and return it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, using the prepaid mailing label or by email to 1736-ecom@vistra.com.

Non-registered shareholders wishing to receive future corporate communications by email are required to supply a functional email address to their intermediaries—banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Until a valid address is lodged, electronic notifications will not be sent.

Any election to receive printed materials will remain effective for all future corporate communications until the shareholder issues alternative written instructions or until 31 December 2027, whichever comes first.
