These shares were issued to eligible participants, excluding directors of the company, upon the settlement of vested restricted share units and the exercise of share options under the 2016 Share Plan and the 2026 Share Plan.
In addition, the company issued 5,521 Class A ordinary shares to its directors upon the settlement of vested restricted share units under the 2016 Share Plan.
