Ming Yuan Cloud Discloses Additional Share Buy-Back; 1 Million Shares Repurchased on 28 September

Ming Yuan Cloud Group Holdings Limited submitted a Next Day Disclosure Return to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 28 September 2026, reporting the on-market repurchase of 1.00 million ordinary shares on the same day. The shares were bought at prices ranging from HKD 0.915 to HKD 0.935, with a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 0.93 per share, bringing total cash consideration to HKD 0.93 million.

As at 28 September 2026, Ming Yuan Cloud’s share capital comprised 1.88 billion issued shares (excluding treasury shares). Treasury shares remained unchanged at 12.32 million, leaving total issued shares at 1.89 billion.

The latest transaction forms part of the repurchase mandate approved on 20 May 2026, which authorises buy-backs of up to 191.24 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate have reached 21.50 million shares, equivalent to 1.12% of the company’s issued share base at the mandate date.

Since December 2025, Ming Yuan Cloud has accumulated 46.95 million shares for cancellation that have not yet been removed from the issued share count. Purchase prices across these transactions have ranged from HKD 0.95 to HKD 3.36 per share, indicating a broad execution window over the period.

The company is subject to a 30-day moratorium, ending 28 October 2026, during which it cannot issue new shares or dispose of treasury shares without prior Exchange approval.
