ValueMax Group completes dual digital commercial paper issues, raising 44.98 million Singapore dollars

ValueMax Group Limited announced on Sep, 29 2026 that it has closed its 3-month Series 020 and 6-month Series 013 digital securities commercial paper issuances, securing 29.76 million and 15.22 million Singapore dollars in gross proceeds, respectively.

The digital securities from both offerings are scheduled to be listed on the ADDX platform on Sep, 30 2026.

Insider participation accounted for a portion of each tranche. In the 29.76 million Singapore dollars 3-month Series 020 issuance, Independent Director Tan Soon Liang subscribed for 0.40 million Singapore dollars, Chief Credit and Risk Officer Yeah Chia Wei for 1.22 million Singapore dollars, and controlling shareholder Tan Hong Yee for 4.98 million Singapore dollars, representing a combined 22.18% of the tranche.

For the 15.22 million Singapore dollars 6-month Series 013 issuance, Tan Soon Liang took 0.60 million Singapore dollars, Yeah Chia Wei 1.28 million Singapore dollars, and Executive Director Yeah Lee Ching 0.20 million Singapore dollars, together comprising 13.67% of that tranche.

The company said it will issue further updates on any material developments related to its commercial paper facility and the two series.
