YZYBIO-B (02496) has issued an announcement stating that on September 18, 2026, the Stock Exchange confirmed that the current joint company secretary, Mr. Cheng Jianhua (Mr. Cheng), meets the requirements under Rule 3.28 and Rule 8.17 of the Listing Rules and is eligible to serve as the company's company secretary following the expiry of the waiver on September 24, 2026.

Accordingly, Ms. Lai Tian'en (Ms. Lai) will resign as joint company secretary with effect from September 30, 2026. Following Ms. Lai's resignation, Mr. Cheng will continue to serve as the company's sole company secretary.

Ms. Lai has resigned as the authorized representative of the company for the receipt of legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong (authorized representative for service of process) under Rule 19A.13(2) of the Listing Rules and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong), with effect from September 30, 2026; and (ii) Ms. Mak Sin Kei has been appointed as the authorized representative for service of process, with effect from September 30, 2026.
