Mingfa Group (International) Company Limited has published its 2026 Interim Report in both English and Chinese on the HKEXnews website (www.hkexnews.hk) and the company’s website (www.ming-fa.com).

The board confirmed that, effective immediately, all future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—will be distributed solely in electronic form. This follows the company’s earlier notice on 7 March 2024 outlining its plan to move to a fully digital dissemination model.

For shareholders whose shares are held through CCASS, Mingfa Group has not yet received functional email addresses from custodial intermediaries. These non-registered shareholders are required to provide an email address to their respective banks, brokers, custodians or nominees to ensure timely receipt of publication notifications. Until a valid address is supplied, such shareholders will not receive electronic alerts and must proactively monitor the company and HKEXnews websites for new documents.

Shareholders who prefer hard-copy materials can request printed versions of future corporate communications free of charge by completing the enclosed reply form and returning it to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited (17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong) or by emailing mingfa.ecom@computershare.com.hk.
