On September 22, the 2026 DC Holdings Ecosystem Partner Conference convened in Guangzhou under the theme "Moving Forward Together, Acting Smart with Certainty," with discussions centered on the deployment of artificial intelligence in supply chains, warehousing, logistics, and computing power scenarios. During the event, DC HOLDINGS subsidiary Kex Logistics unveiled the enterprise-level supply chain intelligent agent "Jie Xiaoguo," the smart warehousing solution "Human-Machine Dance 5.0," and the integrated warehousing and transportation ecosystem strategy "Outstanding in Every Direction." The company also launched the "Moving Forward with Shenzhou: Supply Chain AI Ecosystem Co-Creation Alliance." Hundreds of attendees from upstream and downstream supply chain enterprises, AI and computing power industry chains, industry associations, and academic institutions joined the gathering.

Key speakers included Cui Zhongfu, Chief Economist of the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing; Zhong Zeyu, Secretary-General of the China Association of Trade in Services; Wang Wei, former Director and Senior Researcher at the Market Economy Research Institute of the Development Research Center of the State Council; and Shen Yang, General Manager of China Shulian Technology.

Leveraging Warehouse and Transportation Networks to Anchor AI Applications

In his opening remarks, DC HOLDINGS President Cai Yinghua stated that AI is reshaping the cost structure and organizational approach of supply chains, and that further cost reduction and efficiency gains require a shift from optimization within individual enterprises to network-level collaboration. Based on this perspective, the company proposed an ecosystem framework of "Two Networks, One Foundation": Kex Logistics acts as the fulfillment entity building out warehouse and transportation networks, with AI capabilities serving as the technological underpinning for both. According to the company's roadmap, the warehouse network will extend into industrial belts and lower-tier markets through a cloud warehousing model, while the transportation network will focus on building an integrated fulfillment network.

On the technology front, the company has developed a four-layer architecture comprising in-warehouse human-machine collaboration, supply chain digital systems, an AI control tower, and role-based intelligent agents, designed to embed algorithmic capabilities into specific positions and business processes such as warehousing, transportation, finance, and marketing. Cai emphasized that successful AI deployment in supply chain scenarios requires both deep industry understanding and the ability to integrate into actual operations—neither element can be overlooked.

Enterprise-Grade Intelligent Agents Enter Specific Roles

Zhang Hupo, CTO of DC HOLDINGS' Kex Logistics, introduced "Jie Xiaoguo" during the conference. The product leverages a three-layer structure of "persona, skills, and tools" to convert the operational expertise of employees in different roles into reusable skills, covering applications such as daily operations reports, reverse logistics returns inspections, inventory demand forecasting, contract compliance reviews, bid document preparation, and profit and loss analysis. Over the past four months, the project team cataloged 115 requirements across 118 positions and accumulated more than 100 position-based skills. Within less than a month of internal testing, the platform surpassed 300 monthly active users.

In the financial domain, Dong Shuai, General Manager of the Finance Department at DC HOLDINGS, explained that the company has begun structuring contract rules so the system can automatically handle cost calculations for warehousing value-added services and packaging materials, compare transport weight and volume data, and flag anomalies. For pilot clients, monthly bill reconciliation times have been reduced from several days of manual work to under one day, with more than 60 percent of repetitive tasks now processed by the system and full traceability maintained throughout the process. Fu Zhenying, IT Director at Huazhi Jiuxing, also shared how the intelligent agent has been applied in external supply chain scenarios.

In-Warehouse Automation Moves From Standalone Machines to Coordinated Systems

Also unveiled at the event, "Human-Machine Dance 5.0" adopts a "cloud brain plus edge brain" architecture. The cloud system manages wave aggregation, picking prioritization, and task scheduling, while robots and autonomous vehicles handle identification, obstacle avoidance, picking, and transportation on-site. Compared with earlier models that replaced manual labor with single types of equipment, the new approach places greater emphasis on coordination among diverse equipment, systems, and personnel.

According to Kex Logistics, in a pilot at an apparel and footwear warehouse, the project went live within four weeks and deployed six robots. Through early-morning staggered picking, the share of orders picked by robots rose from 0.97 percent to 5.67 percent initially, reaching 16.8 percent after five months. In a flower production base project with Heidi's Garden, autonomous vehicles now handle outbound transportation, and no significant additional staffing was required during peak promotional periods. Meanwhile, the intelligent agent has implemented seven automation skills across the logistics, production, procurement, and operations departments, noticeably shortening the time required to generate certain reports and production daily summaries.

Three-Year Expansion Targets Set for Warehouse and Transportation Networks

Zhang Xiaohua, General Manager of Marketing at DC HOLDINGS' Kex Logistics, presented the "Outstanding in Every Direction: Integrated Warehousing and Transportation" ecosystem strategy, which centers on two main tracks. The warehouse network will focus on establishing origin warehouses and forward-deployed warehouses across third-, fourth-, and fifth-tier cities and industrial belts, while exporting capabilities to partners including brand, systems, operations, customer acquisition, bulk resource procurement, talent training, and peak-season support. The transportation network, built on existing fulfillment scenarios, will integrate AI control towers, customer service, and transport resources to create a unified network.

Under the targets announced at the conference, Kex Logistics plans to grow its warehouse network partners from 200 to 500 within three years, with platform daily average fulfillment orders reaching 1 million. Core partners in the transportation network are set to expand from 300 to 1,000. The company aims to deliver end-to-end fulfillment services to clients through warehousing and transportation coordination while improving resource-matching efficiency among partners. These goals remain subject to validation through subsequent node development, order onboarding, and partnership execution.

Ecosystem Co-Creation Alliance Launched

At the conference, the "Moving Forward with Shenzhou: Supply Chain AI Ecosystem Co-Creation Alliance" was officially inaugurated. This alliance builds on the supply chain AI ecosystem co-creation initiative first proposed by DC HOLDINGS at the 2026 Shuyun Yuanli Conference, bringing together supply chain companies, technology vendors, industry organizations, and related institutions. The event also included certification ceremonies for Kex Cloud Warehouse and Kex Transportation Network partners, alongside multiple partnership signings. Notably, Kex Logistics signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Quantum Power to explore an integrated warehousing solution combining "software, hardware, and AI" based on "Human-Machine Dance 5.0." Additionally, DC HOLDINGS' subsidiary Shenzhou Yinuo signed agreements with partners across policy, investment, construction, product, and operations services in the computing power ecosystem.

Following the main session, parallel breakout forums were held covering warehouse networks, transportation networks, computing power, AI co-creation, and investor-management exchanges to facilitate further cooperation discussions.

Based on the announcements, DC HOLDINGS is extending AI capabilities from standalone tools into specific roles, warehousing operations, and logistics networks, while driving real-world implementation through alliances and partner expansion plans. Going forward, whether these products can consistently improve fulfillment efficiency and cost structures will depend on how successfully pilot experiences can be replicated across additional warehouse types, industries, and clients.
