GUOQUAN Declares RMB 0.0503 Interim Dividend, Updates Withholding Tax Details

Guoquan Food (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (GUOQUAN) has declared an interim ordinary dividend of RMB 0.0503 per share for the six months ended 30 June 2026, equivalent to HKD 0.0582 per share based on an exchange rate of RMB 1 : HKD 1.15661. The distribution was approved by shareholders on 10 September 2026.

Withholding tax framework • Non-resident enterprise shareholders: 10% PRC enterprise income tax will be withheld. • Non-resident individual shareholders: 20% PRC individual income tax will be withheld; those entitled to treaty rates below 20% may apply for refunds. • Domestic individual investors and securities investment funds holding H shares through the Shanghai-Hong Kong or Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect programmes: 20% individual income tax will be withheld. • Domestic enterprise investors through Stock Connect: no withholding applies; dividends on H shares held continuously for at least 12 months are exempt from enterprise income tax.

Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited will maintain the Hong Kong share register and handle dividend logistics.

The present announcement, dated 22 September 2026, supersedes the earlier notice by incorporating updated information on withholding tax arrangements.
