UBOX Online Repurchases 8,000 H-Shares, Lifting Treasury Stock to 9.91 Million

Beijing UBOX Online Technology Corp. (UBOX Online) disclosed that it bought back 8,000 H-shares on 30 September 2026 via the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HKD 1.70 to HKD 1.74, for a volume-weighted average of HKD 1.72 per share. The total consideration was HKD 0.01 million.

Following the transaction, the company’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) fell marginally by 0.0008 % to 977.28 million shares, while treasury shares increased to 9.91 million. The aggregate number of issued shares remains unchanged at 987.18 million.

The repurchase forms part of the mandate granted on 28 May 2026, which authorises UBOX Online to buy back up to 94.65 million shares. To date, 9.91 million shares—equivalent to 1.05 % of the issued share capital on the mandate date—have been repurchased, leaving approximately 84.74 million shares available under the current authorisation.

Pursuant to Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, UBOX Online is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 30 October 2026.
