DMALL: Wenzhong Zhang Acquires Shares, Long Position Rises to 58.75%

On September 28 and 29, 2026, Wenzhong Zhang acquired 7.20 million shares of DMALL on the SEHK open market at an average of HKD 8.4589 per share, involving about HKD 60.94 million. According to the filing, the acquisition included 192,500 shares from the exercise of share options issued by the company.
Prior to the acquisition, Wenzhong Zhang's long position in DMALL was 543.80 million shares, representing 57.99%; following the acquisition, the holding changed to 551.00 million shares, with the long position ratio rising to 58.75%.
