Tdg Holding Co.,Ltd. (600330.SH) has issued an announcement stating that the company's board of directors has approved a resolution regarding the issuance of H-shares and listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
In order to achieve the company's development goals, further enhance its capital strength and overall competitiveness, and in accordance with its overall development strategy and operational needs, the company intends to conduct an initial public offering of overseas-listed foreign shares (H-shares) and apply for a main board listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
