Befar Group Appoints Sun Qingwei as Joint Company Secretary

Befar Group (06745) has issued an announcement, according to which Ms. Sun Shufang (Ms. Sun) has resigned from her position as Joint Company Secretary of the Company due to a change in her work duties, effective from September 29, 2026.

Following her resignation as Joint Company Secretary, she will continue to serve as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

The Board of Directors hereby announces that Mr. Sun Qingwei (Mr. Sun) has been appointed as Joint Company Secretary, effective from September 29, 2026.

Ms. Liu Shengyun (Ms. Liu) will continue to serve as the other Joint Company Secretary.

As Joint Company Secretary, Ms. Liu will work closely with Mr. Sun to assist him in performing his duties as Joint Company Secretary and in gaining the relevant experience as required under Rule 3.28 of the Stock Exchange's Rules Governing the Listing of Securities (the Listing Rules).
