EASY SMART GP (02442) has released its annual results for the year ended 30 June 2026, recording revenue of HK$209 million during the period, a year-on-year decrease of 33.48%; a loss of HK$30.558 million for the year, a year-on-year increase of 6319.75%; and basic loss per share of 7.49 HK cents.

The announcement stated that the decline in revenue was mainly due to the completion or near-completion of several large-scale public projects, including the Hong Kong airport passenger terminal, public infrastructure and facility projects related to Kai Tak Sports Park, and modern training facilities supporting Hong Kong's aviation and maritime industries, which led to a decrease in revenue from public projects. In addition, a reduction in the number of new projects awarded during the year also contributed to the decline in revenue.
