BASICSEMI: Zhihan Wang Acquires Shares, Long Position Rises to 42.8%

On September 23, 2026, BASICSEMI completed a share repurchase of 29,800 H shares, which were held as treasury shares. As the controlling shareholder with more than one-third of the voting rights, Zhihan Wang is deemed to be interested in these shares, resulting in an increase in his long position. This was an off-market corporate action, not a direct secondary-market dealing.
Prior to the acquisition, Zhihan Wang's long position in BASICSEMI was 123.03 million shares, representing 42.78%; following the acquisition, the holding changed to 123.06 million shares, with the long position ratio rising to 42.8%.
