Concord New Energy Updates Singapore Share Transfer Agent Name Effective 1 October 2026

Concord New Energy Group Limited has announced a forthcoming change to its Singapore share transfer arrangements. Effective 1 October 2026, the name of the Company’s Singapore share transfer agent will change from “In.Corp Corporate Services Pte. Ltd.” to “Ascentium Corporate Services Pte. Ltd.”. The office location remains unchanged at 36 Robinson Road, #20-01 City House, Singapore 068877.

Operational infrastructure in other jurisdictions is unaffected. The registered office, principal share registrar and transfer agent in Bermuda will continue to operate from Richmond House, 12 Par-la-Ville Road, Hamilton HM 08, Bermuda. In Hong Kong, Tricor Investor Services Limited will remain the branch share registrar and transfer office at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road.

The announcement was authorised by the Board of Concord New Energy, chaired by Mr. Liu Shunxing, and released on 24 September 2026.
