Tanwan Inc. Repurchases 77,400 Shares for HKD 0.72 Million, Lifting Treasury Stock to 16.54 Million

Tanwan Inc. (incorporated in the Cayman Islands) disclosed that it bought back 77,400 ordinary shares on 29 September 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The repurchase range was HKD 9.16–9.35 per share, translating into a volume-weighted average price of HKD 9.248 and an aggregate consideration of HKD 0.72 million.

Following the transaction, Tanwan’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) stands at 517.90 million, while treasury shares increased to 16.54 million. The company’s total issued shares remain unchanged at 534.44 million.

The buyback was executed under the repurchase mandate approved by shareholders on 17 June 2026, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 52.12 million shares. Cumulatively, Tanwan has repurchased 3.32 million shares, representing 0.64 % of the issued shares outstanding on the mandate date.

In line with Main Board Rule 10.06(3)(a), Tanwan is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 29 October 2026. The board confirmed that the repurchase complied with all applicable listing rules, laws and regulatory requirements.
