Under the new structure, five executives—Mr. Ueychai Tantha-Obhas, Dr. Pisanu Vichiensanth, Mr. Koh Poh Tiong, Mr. Kosit Suksingha and Mr. Prapakon Thongtheppairot—will become the 2nd to 6th Vice Chairmen of the Executive Committee. Mr. Rahul John Colaco will join the committee as a member.

Ms. Kanoknart Rangsithienchai and Mr. Sithichai Chaikriangkrai will step down from their current vice-chairman roles, while the Executive Committee will expand to 13 members led by Executive Chairman Mr. Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi and Group Chief Executive Officer Mr. Thapana Sirivadhanabhakdi.

The reshuffle also creates three new group-level positions: Mr. Sopon Racharaksa becomes President overseeing group operations, Mr. Kosit Suksingha takes charge of the Spirits Product Group, and Mr. Rahul John Colaco becomes Chief of the Non-Alcoholic Beverage Product Group.

ThaiBev said the changes are designed to support its “PASSION 2030” strategy, enhance cross-group collaboration and develop the next generation of leaders.
