J&T Global Express Limited disclosed that on 29 September 2026 it bought back 3.19 million weighted-voting Class B shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
The shares were repurchased at prices ranging from HKD 8.46 to HKD 8.68, resulting in a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 8.61 per share and an aggregate consideration of HKD 27.46 million. All acquired shares will be held as treasury shares; none have been cancelled.
Following the transaction, issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) decreased to 8.62 billion, while treasury shares rose to 55.66 million. Total issued capital remained unchanged at 8.68 billion shares. The latest buyback represents 0.037 % of the company’s issued shares prior to the repurchase.
The purchase forms part of a mandate approved on 25 June 2026 authorising the company to repurchase up to 967.47 million shares. Cumulative buybacks under this mandate now total 82.46 million shares, equivalent to 0.85 % of the issued share base on the mandate date.
Under Hong Kong listing rules, a moratorium restricts J&T Global Express from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 29 October 2026.
