Flat Glass Appoints Zhang Tianyuan as New Hong Kong Process Agent Following Zhang Xiao’s Resignation

The board of Flat Glass Group Co., Ltd. announced that Ms. Zhang Xiao has resigned as the company’s authorized representative for accepting service of process or notices in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance and Rule 19A.13(2) of the Hong Kong Listing Rules, effective 28 September 2026. Ms. Zhang confirmed she has no disagreement with the board and there are no matters requiring shareholder attention.

Mr. Zhang Tianyuan has been appointed to succeed Ms. Zhang as the company’s Hong Kong process agent, also effective 28 September 2026.

The board expressed gratitude to Ms. Zhang for her contributions during her tenure.

As of the date of the announcement, Flat Glass’s board comprises five executive directors (Ruan Hongliang, Jiang Jinhua, Ruan Zeyun, Wei Yezhong and Shen Qifu), three independent non-executive directors (Xu Pan, Du Jian and Ng Yau Kuen Carmen) and one employee director (Niu Liping).
