CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust Management Limited, the manager of CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust, announced changes to its board and board committees that will take effect on Oct, 01 2026.
Ms Jennifer Li will join the board as a Non-Executive Independent Director and become a member of the Nominating and Remuneration Committee (NRC).
Concurrently, Mr Stephen Lim Beng Lin will cease to be a member of the NRC.
Following these adjustments, the board will consist of nine directors, of whom six are independent. Other board committees—the Audit and Risk Committee and the Executive Committee—remain unchanged.
