Scholar Education Group Buys 102,000 Shares for Award Scheme, Boosts Trust Stake to 7.52%

Scholar Education Group disclosed that the trustee of its Share Award Scheme acquired 102,000 shares on-market on 29 September 2026 at an average price of HK$0.81 per share, representing approximately 0.015% of the company’s issued share capital. The purchase cost about HK$0.08 million, excluding transaction expenses.

Following the transaction, the trustee now holds 50.65 million shares, equivalent to 7.52% of the company’s total shares outstanding. The board reiterated that the current market price materially undervalues the group’s intrinsic worth and confirmed that further share purchases may be executed when market conditions are deemed appropriate.

Management maintains confidence in the company’s business outlook and will determine future grants to selected participants under the Share Award Scheme at its discretion.
