According to an announcement, on September 28, Xunce Technology (03317) held its first extraordinary general meeting of 2026, where three special resolutions were reviewed and unanimously approved: investing no more than RMB 12 billion to build an AI inference and computing center based on computing power and data, applying for a syndicated loan of up to RMB 10 billion with corresponding guarantees, and amending the company's articles of association to expand its business scope. All three resolutions received approval ratios exceeding 99%.

This vote was a clear choice made by institutional shareholders: institutional and long-term shareholders used their voting rights to cast affirmative votes for an AI computing power layout built on high-quality orders with 100% resource utilization.

If the vote at the shareholder meeting represents the choice of institutional shareholders, then the syndicated credit facility of up to RMB 10 billion serves as a second vote of confidence from the funding side.
